Nextcloud do not working such as creating folder, directory, deleting files, uploading files #11449

Please help me... I really don't know how to do...

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Web server: Apache/2.4.29

Database: MariaDB/10.1.34

PHP version: PHP/7.0.31

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) I tried to 14.0.0, 12.0.0, 11.0.0

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install:

Where did you install Nextcloud from: nextcloud.com

Signing status:

Signing status
Login as admin user into your Nextcloud and access 
http://example.com/index.php/settings/integrity/failed 
paste the results here.

List of activated apps:

App list
If you have access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ app:list
from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Nextcloud configuration:

Config report
If you have access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ config:list system
from within your Nextcloud installation folder

or 

Insert your config.php content here. 
Make sure to remove all sensitive content such as passwords. (e.g. database password, passwordsalt, secret, smtp password, …)

Are you using external storage, if yes which one: local/smb/sftp/...

Are you using encryption: no

Are you using an external user-backend, if yes which one: LDAP/ActiveDirectory/Webdav/...

With access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ ldap:show-config
from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';


Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #5438 (Nextcloud won't upload larger files), #1965 (can't delete directory ), #3571 (Unexpected "No such file or directory" in nextcloud.log), #4243 (cannot delete files in upload-only folder), and #6726 (no nextcloud/data/ directory).

I already read these issues. But I've not solved... I can't make a user, group, directory, folder, and upload... anything does not work... please help me!

please use the forum located at https://help.nextcloud.com/
the issue tracker is not the right place to ask for general help
also, it's quite difficult for anyone to help you without more information from your side (specific explanation what you've done and what's not working)

if you encounter a bug or an issue you're welcome to post it here
