Hi -is there a dockerized version of the client available?
So I can sync data in headless fashion?

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #8699 ( 412 Client Error), #1483 (Upload from mobile client fails), #5250 (Drive client like Seadrive has one), #2700 (Solve time zone problems with clients), and #6312 (Ubuntu client still has mentions of ownCloud).

No there is not such a client. But you can use any webdav client to sync with nextcloud.
