GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #8443 (Request: allow comments on one time passwords under Personal Settings), #3636 (Update fails), #10664 (Update CRL), #4424 (Update DOMPurify), and #7434 (Update Failure ).

Could you add an update of comments real-time?

Not really. We try to make as much as possible as instant as it should be but we can not give an estimate when we will have this. Same for instant updates of the web UI once a file was uploaded in the background.
