Cannot access after upgrade #12618
Comments
Hello,
Not sure it was needed but desperate to get to my (encrypted) files! Thanks |
GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #2358 (Cannot create new users after upgrade), #9588 (Can't log in after Fedora upgrade from 27 to 28), #169 (New Created Users can NOT ACCESS shared & system example files after upgrade OC902 to NC905), #6171 (Cannot access private property OC\Files\Storage\Wrapper\Encryption), and #9257 (Can't access federated share). |
Looks like something went wrong during the update process. I would try to use the zip from https://nextcloud.com/install/#instructions-server and upload the files to your webspace. Please backup your current version and also the database. |
As there is no report since a while and we can't reproduce the issue I will close this ticket. If this is still happening please feel free to reopen. |
