l10n: Change text string

There is a text string that starts with a lowercase letter in the user status settings:

Which is common to other text strings. For the user status settings, it should be matched to other text strings starting with a capital letter or the code should be changed so that it is displayed as "1 hour".

This string is generated by an upstream dependency (moment.js), but maybe we could tweak it via https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-moment and/or https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-vue

It's not something that can be done in server as long as we're using that dependency. Might be worth shifting this over to https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-moment or https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-vue

Maybe NcDateTime could be used: nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vue#4219
