Bug description

We used to set X-OC-Mtime header to inform the server about the original mtime.
This is not done anymore.

Pending PR: nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-upload#935

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upload a file from the new F2V UI
  2. See that the mtime is set to the upload time instead of being the original one

Expected behavior

The original mtime should be send to the server and used
