I can see the same behavior on my NC on version 28.0.3. In addition, when you scroll down and then right-click, it automatically scrolls all the way up and the menu appears somewhere |

No duplicate of #43300 - there another bug concerning scrolling is described. Here I was mentioning the problem of wrong position of the context menu, always in a (wrong, too large!) fixed distance to the cursor. |

Bug description
Dear Community, since NC 28 (first in release channel and now the latest beta 28.0.3 RC2) the right click menu is on a wrong position:

Right click menu should be shown on the position of the courser / mouse.
