Quota of folder instead of overall quota is shown inside subfolder #7683

open Nextcloud web UI
upload some files
check that the quota in lower left is not 0
create a folder
open folder
actual: after opening the folder the quota in lower left is set to 0
expected: show the overall quota like in the root folder

@skjnldsv This is a regression from your "live update of quota" PR (#6690, #7592). Could you have a look?
