File integrity check failed after upgrade from NC 13.0.3 RC1 to RC2 #9751

Steps to reproduce

  1. I have made the upgrade from Nextcloud 13.0.3 RC 1 to RC2

Expected behaviour

The integrity check should not fail.

Actual behaviour

/settings/integrity/failed shows that the file vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/maintenance/.htaccess is missing

Server configuration

Operating system: openSUSE 15.0

Web server: nginx 1.14.0

Database: PostgreSQL 10.3

PHP version: 7.2.5

Nextcloud version: 13.0.3 RC2

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: updated

Where did you install Nextcloud from: tar archive from nextcloud website
