I have made the upgrade from Nextcloud 13.0.3 RC 1 to RC2
Expected behaviour
The integrity check should not fail.
Actual behaviour
/settings/integrity/failed shows that the file vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/maintenance/.htaccess is missing
