When you scroll down the document even just a little, and then mark text, the "Add link" popover position is way high up. If you are further down in the document, it is so far up that it’s completely out of the viewport, possibly at the beginning of the document:

I also see this bug here with Nextcloud 19.0.3. Will a fix be merged to earlier Nextcloud versions or do we have to wait for Nexcloud 21?
