UI: Download button missing for logged in users #88

(As it seems,) Viewer doesn't offer a download button at all and it doesn't work in shared links, instead the shared links preview is provided by the Gallery app, what has different UI design and has the download button. Until Viewer also works with the shared screen and gets the download button, I'd suggest sticking to the Gallery and Video Player apps. |

When the download button does come back, I hope it will serve the raw, unscaled file, and not the file as currently shown on screen, which is likely scaled. The old photo viewer did not do this - it sent the scaled file when you clicked the download button which is undesirable. |
I am also missing the download button. There seem to be quite the number of tickets on this, and they are all being closed and/of redirected to here. This seems to be the main ticket for this issue. |
According to the Nextcloud Changelog of Version 21.0.2 May 20 2021 this was fixed by

After the upgade to Nextcloud 16 we got user complaints about the download button missing. It only seems to affect logged in users, please see the attached screenshots:
