What version TLS does DICOM listener use?

I notice when setting up a DICOM listener we have the option to choose a Cipher suite. However we don't have an option to choose a supported version of TLS.

What version(s) of TLS is supported by default?

It looks like it's TLS1.1

NextGen uses dcm4che2 (version 2) which seems stuck with TLS v1.

Lastest version of dcm4che v5 supports more recent TLS version 1.2 and 1.3.
