tests depend on each other

The test cases that are run later depend on the files created in the C library tests.
That means any changes to napi run have to be reflected in the later tests. And if file writing fails, there will be a number of additional misleading failures.

As we do not foresee mayor changes fixing that is probably not a high priority, but I wanted that documented somewhere.
