Additional functionality of Dataverse is needed: provide separate PIDs for every new version. Currently all versions have the same PID.

This issue is discussed in the Dataverse community and is currently under development:

main issue: DOIs for Dataset versions IQSS/dataverse#4499
pull-request: 4499 - dataset version pids IQSS/dataverse#9462

It is supposed to have new functionality in Dataverse v6.4 or later.
