We want to use url fragments to jump to the right position. The easiest and safest way is to use the IRIs as fragment, see also RDFLib/pyLODE#86. The w3id.org redirects for voc4cat were already adapted to use the IRI as fragment.

Fixed in a custom pylode-2.x that will be installed starting from the next release of voc4cat/template.
