Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, all git-related tabs are disabled when not logged in. For Sync and stuff, this of course makes sense. But IMO committing should be possible either way, as versioning is not dependent on the sharing aspect.

It actually is because commits need user information (name / email) and we can not guarantee that manually entered user information or information automatically pulled from a credential manager matches datahub credentials. Since it is just a button press I advise to avoid this headache.
