[Tutorial data steward] Use Swate-alpha for template generation

Currently the documentation in the knowledgebase tells data stewards to use Swate in Excel to create new templates. Not only is it rather annoying to install this Swate version, it is also severly outdated.

I suggest using the current Swate Standalone solution. It features:
