[FEATURE] .xlsx diff usage

Github does not feature to track changes in .xlsx files, which is desirable when Swate templates are updated.

Describe the solution you'd like
Evaluate the usage of the .xlsx diff console tool. Which features are already covered, which are still missing but needed.

is this set up? What is the current state of this issue?

This isn't set up at all and it's also not an optimal solution.
Could however probably be set up as a CI at least for intermediate solution.
