An updated MIAPPE ontology version should be created to fix the following issues:

parent-child term relationships are not always fitting: subsection headers of the MIAPPE checklists are used as parent terms which leads to unfitting child term suggestions [DataPLANT DNA extraction template] suggestions for entries in column "bio entity" [DBPO:0000012] Swate-templates#153
some labels and definitions are not clear
typos, punctuation, inconsistent capitalization
