@cshamis requested a new metrics chart be added to Scale that would display the average time spent in each stage of a job type:

DATA: average time to process the data (time from file discovery to ingest complete)
JOB: Average run time of the job - to only include the actual run time, excluding the pre/post/etc steps
OVERHEAD: Everything else (pre/post/pull/time between ingest and run/etc)

This likely requires a special database query that is optimized for best results.
