Add randNoun and randAdjective

Description

We currently have randVerb but I think we also need randNoun and randAdjective to make interesting titles and sentences.

It seems this was once possible under Version 2 but has since been removed? Not sure why that was taken out.

Proposed solution

Add randNoun and randAdjective functions.
