Use cases:
When I prescribe an opiate I would like to know if there are any relevant safety alerts from the NPSA or MHRA about prescribing opiates (so I don't mess up). e.g Reducing dosing errors with opioid medicines http://www.nrls.npsa.nhs.uk/resources/?entryid45=59888
When I prescribe an opiate I would like to be able to easily see more detailed information from the SPC so that I can look things up. e.g how long will it take for pain killer I just prescribed to work (so I can advise the patient). e.g http://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/medicine/317/SPC/Oramorph+Oral+Solution/
NB
SPC is summary of product characteristics, MHRA is Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and NPSA is National Patient Safety Agency
