Tell a user that their records are sensitive

What?

The NHS App can display a user's sensitive medical records. Sometimes we need to warn them about this to make sure they are aware that what they are about to see shouldn't be shared if they are not comfortable with it.

At present, we do not know why this screen exists.

The current myth is that it was added during Covid as a safeguarding precaution, but in Confluence we can see that the content reference pre-dates Covid, so... we don't know.

We want to look at whether the screen is needed, and if so, whether the current design works.
