What

A pattern used to stop people in a transactional service to tell them important information.

Why

When information is understood to be important for people, having a pattern to display this during a transactional service could ensure the information is given full focus to avoid users missing it.

Before starting

  • Explore services that already implemented this type of pattern
  • Find and analyse research findings from the current implementations
  • Submit proposal to design system working group
