Parent prefetch routes are triggered when transitioning between child routes. #144

I have found out while working on upgrading ember that the parent prefetch hook is getting triggered (incorrectly) when transitioning between its child routes. I have created a test https://github.com/yatinranadive/ember-prefetch/commit/b87e5f163149bf93a33bbdb5e55efd890465a9a7 to simulate this issue.
