Defining object recognition boundaries

Hey!
i'm working on a project that it's main idea is tracking a bee.
The bee is inside a maze. How can I set the image recognition to be only inside the maze?
and how can i get coordinates of the bee so that in every X period of time I will print to a file the location of the bee?
