have an instrument which reads out the note being played #96

Nice idea! This one is actually fairly easy to implement, but we need a voice model :)
My voice has all the musical qualities of an ogre with a hoarse throat, and I can't sing in tune even if my life depended on it. Any volunteers to record themselves?

theres probably creative common ones online? theyd all need to be one syllable though so a sharp would be ash c sharp cash then dash fash and gash |
have you thought about posting to reddit? |
I also like the idea, again since it opens up a new audience of music learners. But indeed, we need a soundset. |
for now, can we have a feature that adds the letter names and octaves (C3, C#3, D3, etc,) for C in 3rd octave displayed on the keys. different countries have different measurements so that needs to be added as a setting |
inatead of guitar / sine wave / piano, have a human voice sing the note being played
