Doesn't seem to import on Notepad++ v7.7.1 (64-bit) #2

Following the instructions, after I open the .xml file using the Import feature, I get the following error message:

"Fail to import"

I click OK and nothing happens. This language file works well on my laptop but not my PC. I suspect it is because Notepad++ version has been updated and there is an incompatibility.

I had the same issue. Just click on the Link to the XML File, don't download it, it contains HTML! Then copy the content and save to a file with XML extension.
