What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a default Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 install
2. Try superswitcher
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the switched-to window to be raised to the front, but it just
started pulsing in the dock instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.6 on Ubuntu 7.10.

Please provide any additional information below.

I realize the "bug" here may be how Gnome is setup here, and not a
something to fix in superswitcher. However, it would be great to document
how to fix this.

Thanks!

I confirmed now that this issue is related to Compiz being enabled. When it is
disabled, superswitcher works as expected in this regard.

For what it's worth, the "Deskbar" program that ships with Gutsy suffers from
the
same issue.
