so far the Super-Tab and Super-MouseWheel does the same thing
but I'm looking into that maybe could customize what key combination or
mouse wheel does what job ? that i could roll around the workspaces without
having to use the other hand for arrow keys.

It's not discoverable, but you can roll around workspaces by mouse-wheel'ing
over the
column headers (the workspace thumbnails that say F1, F2, etc).

Interestingly, Super-mousewheel on the main area does not always yield same order as Super-Tab. mouse wheel always follow visible order, while tab in some cases has a different order.
