NTSC mode:
Certain elements that happen to be positioned in the lower half of the display area will randomly jump down 4 to 6 positions, usually disappearing below the viewable area. Appears to be an offset issue that is introduced when the element is selected, either in the view window or in the list to the left.
AUTO mode:
Elements below row 14 cannot be selected or moved in the window. Instead the selection wraps around to the top. Not sure if it depends what signal is currently being received on the video in.
PAL mode:
appears to work as expected.
