"Error when fetching languages" error when opening Voxgrab

Hi, thanks for creating this tool!

I'm on Window 10 64bits and get the attached error message when I start Voxgrab. I disabled my firewall and security suite to no avail. I tried installing the latest Python runtime and version 3.6.7 as well, to no avail either. I do not have a VPN software running.

I however notice that I am unable to ping api.thesubdb.com from my PC, but also from several pinging sites. Could this be that the subdb is down? If so, is that a common occurrence in your experience and could you recommend other methods ?
