Regarding the list above, I have created an issue in the Nilearn repo here and made a first tweet here.

I also signed up for a few more places to advertise (see first message of this thread). I don't want to "force" people to take items of this list by writing down their names 😉 , so if you see a place/mailing list in which you can easily post messages, please go for it! 👍
