What would you like to see added in fMRIPost-Phase?

See Petridou, Schafer, Gowland, & Bowtell (2009) and Hahn & Rowe (2012).

We can separately run RETROICOR on the magnitude and phase data. I'm not sure why, but in Caballero-Gaudes and Reynolds (2017) they recommend running RETROICOR after phase regression, even though it seems like the benefit of running RETROICOR on the phase data would be that it would reduce respiration-related signals that could adversely affect the phase regression.

Do you have any interest in helping implement the feature?

Yes

I need to figure out what folks name their pre-RETROICOR physio files. I assume that comes after peak detection and filtering, so it wouldn't be the raw physio data.
