Add a carpetplot reportlet to the DWI reports

It would be great to have our carpetplot included in the reports, also showing head-motion estimations (framewise displacement and angular deviation after b-values rotation).

I think that the DWI carpetplot code is here: https://github.com/nipreps/eddymotion/blob/main/src/eddymotion/viz.py#L286.

@oesteban : Could you please provide a bit more guidance on where to integrate it?
