Some fine tuning for pip installation of ida plugin:

Post installation, copy plugin_rematch.py to the plugins directory.
~~Pre installation, make sure we're running in an IDA version of pip somehow.~~

This issue was mostly conceived because of documentation of plugin installation possibilities listed in #180
