rom's based on command line tools need some arguments

some sort of pointer to some kind of string?

The following includes official strategy for program startup.

For CLI apps, it looks like d0 is dosCmdLen and a0 is dosCmdBuf

The code features similar task offset test to the warp.s Oblivion startup.
