[Feature Request]在下载的漫画文件名里追加扩展名 #17

平台是iOS，希望能在下载后的文件名里有扩展名，这样就可以转移到可达漫画里用waifu2x放大看了。
毕竟dmzj的漫画画质实在是一言难尽。。。
