nix does not implement all the *at functions yet, which adds file descriptor fd as the first parameter to the corresponding function.
According to the POSIX document https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/, I summarized all *at* functions and related implementations in nix as follows.

I would like to fill up the missing functions recently
