It's been more than 3 months since the last release. @kpcyrd has requested a release with OpenBSD 6.3 support, and I think that would be fine to do. Are there any other issues we should complete before the release? Any thoughts here @Susurrus ?

Probably want to address #863, but that's the only bug fix I see in PRs we have pending.

Also, I'd like to do this release. I think it's important we have a bus factor above 1 when it comes to releases, and I think we've revised the docs since the last one to be a little simpler. What do you say @asomers?
