With and without Movidius, need to confirm the code does the right thing when acceleration enabled, but there is no compute stick, and in that configuration get baseline metrics for the speed. Might also want to break out a separate stat for "fps when a face is detected" (i.e. triggering the actual recognition code), vs "fps when no face detected"
