expose topography, forcings and grid definition in OMUSE interface #2

This is important to run I-emic and POP either serially or coupled, to ensure same or equivalent topography etc is used (for example: https://github.com/orgs/nlesc-smcm/projects/1#card-18695451):

  • expose topography
  • grid definition (horizontal)
  • grid definition (vertical)
  • forcings wind stress
  • restoring temp forcing
  • restoring salinity forcing
  • heat flux (ro?)
  • freshwater flux (ro?)
  • setting salinity and temperature
  • 3D velocities
  • zmax

add extra info below.

@mchertova so what was the status of the forcings? do you know if any of the above is done?

everything except zmax is now definable through interface...
