This was changed in 4.0 by #523

Add RequiredParameterAttribute to the SmtpServer property - it should be required according to the documentation. Breaking change?

There is no need to make a breaking change of this and it's confusing to away require this property,

fix: only require SmtpServer when useSystemNetMailSettings=false.

fixes #739

That's strange. Is UseSystemNetMailSettings set to true?
