Some Help please object inside array

Sorry I can't understand how I can do this.

My code is like below

              out_message["params"]={
                    {url}, 
                    {
                      {"dir",save_loc},
                      {"out",file_name }, 
                      {"continue", true},
                      {"split", connections}, 
                      {"max-connection-per-server", connections},
                      {"user-agent", user_agent},
                    } 
                      
                };

I want to add

header object with Cookie right after user-agent array which is an object.
I've been using https://github.com/meoow/aria2rpc/blob/0c8e2ffbbea496415d418238e94d8c118a5c09ed/aria2rpc.py#L54
as my guide.

Also another question.
let's say I have

json["huge_array"]={   {"varx","1234"}, };

how can we just do it like this

for(int i=0;i<10;i++)
json["huge_array"][i]= {"varx","1234"};
