No documented way to add notes/normalizations in embedded visualizations.

I am using embedded Brat (without server) to visualize some data, but there doesn't seem to be any documented way to add normalizations or notes to a span. I would just like to add some more hoverable text like shown here.

Is this feature supported with just embedding? And if so, is there a way to add multiple lines?
