Not possible to trigger active alarms in the app

Trying to make flows against active alarm in the app but the status never becomes active ( yes) even if an active alarm is present in the panel. All other status indications in the app seems to work except active alarm
In the event log of the app it is logged as "perimeter alarm" but nothing shown in the app it self.
Have verified the same issue with two different users of the app
