so, i have read all the other posts about this error, but i still dont know how to fix it, so if any1 can
give a straight up answer i would aprecciate it!

Thanks for this report. Please try Npcap 0.9991, released yesterday. If it fails to install because of an Uninstaller failure, then manually delete the Npcap installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\Npcap) and try again. If this works, please close this issue.

If you still have this problem, please update this issue to include the NPFInstall.log file from the Npcap installation directory as well as the most recent section of %SYSTEMROOT%\Inf\SetupAPI.dev.log that mentions npcap. Thanks!

Thanks for this report. I am consolidating all instances of error 8007007e (ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND) at #135. Please check that issue for potential workarounds or fixes.
