Doxygen vscode plugin supports auto populating author details from git config. This would be a great addition

This is a cool feature and definitely worth considering. A bit swamped at the moment but if you're interested in submitting a PR I'd be happy to review it. Otherwise I'll add this to the backlog and get to it when I free up a bit. Thanks!
