The World Ozone and Ultraviolet Radiation Data Centre (WOUDC)

pygeoapi could be used, it seems (thanks to @bbakernoaa for sharing). It has recent development, unlike pywoudc. Note same top contributor.

I started on this some time ago (develop...zmoon:monetio:woudc-ozonesonde), but mostly so far was focusing on loading the (2 GB) archive files. Using pygeosapi could enable faster loading of a small period.
