Back button on mouse mapped to left click

Ive searched around and I cannot figure out why my back button is being mapped to primary click. Ive tried using your app to help remap but no matter what its alwasy recorded as a left click.

I used https://www.onlinemictest.com/mouse-test/ as my test for this too. If you have some debug logs or something that captures the clicks I can send to a GH issue or know where I can look to figure out why that button is being mapped to left click that would be great.
